Patients / Questions & Grievances

You may raise a concern without retaliation.

Icare wants patients to know how to ask a question, report a problem, or submit a grievance through a clear and respectful process.

How to raise a concern

Start with the channel that fits the issue.

  1. 01

Call Icare and explain that you want to ask a question, report a concern, or request the grievance process.

  2. 02

Provide enough information to identify the issue without using a public website form for sensitive clinical details.

  3. 03

The concern is routed internally according to Icare policy.

  4. 04

Icare explains the next step and preserves applicable external health-plan or regulatory complaint rights.

Non-retaliation

Voicing a concern should not put access to appropriate care at risk.

Patients may raise concerns in good faith without retaliation. The final grievance policy, acknowledgment timeframes, review steps, escalation contacts, and external options will be published after approval by Icare compliance and counsel.
