Immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for immediate danger, a life-threatening medical emergency, severe overdose, or immediate risk of serious harm. For suicide or emotional crisis support in the United States, call or text 988 or use the 988 Lifeline chat.
Existing patients can call during business hours.
Existing patients with an urgent clinical concern may call 702-988-3177 during business hours. Staff will follow the approved triage and escalation process and may direct the patient to urgent care, an emergency department, 911, 988, or another appropriate service.
